Servicing, repairs and sharpening for engines, handheld equipment, lawn mowers, ride-ons and zero-turns, done in our Gatton workshop by people who actually know the machines.
We service everything we sell, plus most other common brands. Call us or send an email to book in. There's no online form, just a real conversation about what your machine needs.

Indicative servicing rates
Three rough tiers depending on the machine. Every job is different, so these are starting points. We'll always call you with a quote before doing any extra work.
Tier 01 · Handheld
Blowers, trimmers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers & small handhelds
Petrol & battery handheld equipment. Excludes chain sharpening (see below).
Some jobs need more time depending on age and condition, and we'll let you know before proceeding.

Tier 03 · Ride-On & Zero-Turn
Ride-ons, zero-turns & commercial machines
Tractor ride-ons, zero-turn mowers, COX, Ferris, Ariens and similar.
Zero turns and Ride-On's vary more because you're generally doing more than just servicing the engine. for e.g. Blades, belts, deck adjustments, wheels and tyres. A complete service is usually around $550 +/-.

About these prices. Figures shown are general estimates for a standard service: labour only, plus any parts and consumables required. If extra work is needed, we'll always call you first for approval.
Repairs & Sharpening
Repairs, quoted up front. Chains and reels, sharpened on the spot.
Unusual repair jobs get a quote-fee inspection so we can give you a realistic number, and chains, blades, reels and bed knives are sharpened in-house, usually while you wait.

Pickup & Delivery
We come to you, across the Lockyer Valley.
Ride-on, zero-turn or any large or awkward piece of equipment, we'll pick it up from your place, bring it back to the workshop, and drop it back when the job's done.
Rates are calculated by km from the Gatton workshop and quoted up-front. Free pickup in store is always an option if it suits.

What we can and can't service
We try to be upfront so you don't have a wasted trip. Here's a rough guide, and if your machine isn't on either list, just give us a call.
We can usually service
- STIHL (we're an Elite STIHL Dealer)
- COX, Greenfield, Ariens, Ferris,
- Most common brands sold through Bunnings: Toro, Victa, Masport and similar
- Machines powered by Briggs & Stratton, Kohler or Kawasaki engines
- Many other reputable brands: Shindaiwa, Echo, Rover, McCulloch, MTD and similar
If you're unsure, just give us a call before bringing it in and we'll let you know whether we can help.
We may not be able to help with
- Brands LMC doesn't service:
- Ryobi - These are exclusive to Bunnings so we can't get parts
- low-cost / unbranded models where parts aren't available to us
- Equipment we'd need parts for from brands we're not authorised dealers for
In most cases you'll be better off taking these to an approved dealer. We may still be able to source aftermarket parts, so it's worth a quick call.

Frequently asked
Questions we get a lot
Yes. We sharpen anything that can be sharpened: chainsaw chain, blades, knives, and cylinder mower reels.
For cylinder mowers we'll usually also replace the bed knife, which is the partner part to the reel and they really should be done together.
As an Elite STIHL Dealer, every STIHL product is pre-assembled, tested, run and demonstrated to you before you take it home.
We extend the same approach to the other brands we sell. The exception is small battery handhelds, which come sold in the box but are demonstrated using display stock where possible.
Yes, we can order products we don't normally keep in stock from any brand we sell. Special orders generally need either full payment up-front or a deposit.
We can't order parts from brands we're not authorised dealers for. If you're unsure, give us a call.
All warranty claims or suspected faults must be assessed before a refund or replacement can be issued. Products may be returned to the manufacturer for inspection, or assessed in our workshop.
These warranty processes operate in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
