Refund policy

Lockyer Mower Centre are happy to exchange or provide a store credit for any product purchased from us within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be in new, unopened, unused and original condition, and an original invoice must be provided.

Please contact us by phone on (07) 5462 2121 or at admin@lockyermowercentre.com.au to organise a return before sending anything back. Items must be returned to 32 Market Drive, Gatton QLD 4343. Shipping costs for returning goods are at the customer's cost, and we are not responsible for lost freight.

Damaged or faulty items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All warranty claims or suspected faults are assessed before a refund or replacement is issued. Products may be returned to the manufacturer for inspection, or assessed in our Gatton workshop.

Exchanges and store credit
Within the 14 day window, and where the conditions above are met, we can exchange the item for something else in store or issue a store credit. If you would like a different product, the simplest approach is to organise the return with us first and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Items we cannot accept back
We cannot accept returns on special orders placed in specifically for you, or on items that have been fuelled, used, assembled beyond their original condition, or returned without their original packaging and invoice. Gift cards are not returnable.

Refunds
Where a refund is approved, we will let you know once we have received and inspected the returned item, and the refund is processed back to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or card issuer to post it.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
You are legally entitled to a return, refund or repair if a product is broken, dangerous, or does not do what it is supposed to do. We are not legally required to give money back if you simply change your mind. Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
