Where we post
We post Australia wide.

Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days.

Delivery times
Once posted, please allow 5 to 10 days for delivery.

Postage costs
Calculated at checkout using our Australia Post rates, based on the weight of your order.

Orders over 5kg, and all machines
We do not post these. They are available for free pickup in store at 32 Market Drive, Gatton, or for local delivery by arrangement, quoted by the kilometre. Give us a call on (07) 5462 2121 and we will sort it out with you.

Free pickup in store
Pickup from 32 Market Drive, Gatton is free and is usually ready within 24 hours. We will email you as soon as your order is ready to collect. Shop hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm.

What we cannot post
For safety and freight reasons we cannot post batteries, or chemical solutions including oils and fuels. These are available in store only.

Missing or damaged parcels
Please contact us straight away on (07) 5462 2121 or at admin@lockyermowercentre.com.au. If something arrives damaged, please take photos before you contact us, as it helps us sort it out quickly with the carrier.
