Spare parts and accessories under 5kg are posted Australia wide. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and usually arrive within 5 to 10 days. Postage is calculated by weight at checkout. For safety reasons we cannot post batteries, oils or fuels.
Mowers, ride-ons and other machines, and orders over 5kg, are not posted. They are free to pick up in store at 32 Market Drive, Gatton, or we can deliver locally by arrangement, quoted by the kilometre. Call us on (07) 5462 2121 and we will sort it out with you.
Pickup
Pickup in store is free and is usually ready within 24 hours. We will email you when your order is ready to collect.
Returns
We are happy to exchange or provide a store credit within 14 days of purchase for goods that are new, unopened and in original condition, with your invoice. Please contact us before sending anything back. Faulty or damaged items are assessed and made right under Australian Consumer Law.
